Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Bulk Liquidation Pallets, we’ve established strong partnerships with a wide network of trusted carriers to offer our customers the most competitive and efficient shipping rates. Shipping wholesale liquidation merchandise requires specialized handling, as it differs from standard freight services. To ensure that every order arrives safely and in excellent condition, we use secure packaging methods such as cases, bins, gaylords, and shrink-wrapped pallets.
Our shipments are handled by reliable couriers like FedEx, DHL, USPS, and GPD, depending on the order size, destination, and type of merchandise being shipped. Every shipment is planned carefully to balance cost, speed, and safety.
Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping your order depends on several key factors, including:
The distance between the origin and destination
Type of destination (residential or commercial)
Size, volume, and weight of the merchandise
Chosen shipping method
For Full Truckload (FTL) or Ocean Container shipments, pricing is primarily determined by distance and total volume. Our logistics team continuously works to optimize shipping routes and costs while maintaining timely and reliable delivery.
Processing and Delivery Time
We aim to ship most orders within 36 hours of payment, and in many cases, same-day shipping is available. Domestic shipments within the United States usually arrive within 1 to 5 business days. International air shipments are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days, while container shipments can take 7 to 21 days, depending on the origin and destination.
Our goal is to make wholesale pallet shipping simple, efficient, and affordable. We provide transparent shipping guidance and offer strategies to help minimize your overall freight costs. You can request real-time shipping quotes by contacting our team via email at sales@bulkliquidationpallets.com or by phone at +1(520) 325-3663.
Courier Case Shipments
Certain pallets packed in medium-sized boxes are shipped via courier services such as FedEx, DHL, USPS or GPD, rather than larger trucking carriers. Shipping multiple pallets together is usually more economical since additional boxes tend to cost less than the first.
In some cases, we can re-pack pallets into smaller boxes to make shipping more affordable—especially for residential deliveries that require a lift-gate. For large-volume orders, consolidating shipments into a full truckload may provide even greater savings.
Our Account Managers and Logistics Team work closely with each customer to identify the most cost-effective shipping methods and ensure timely delivery. Standard shipments include limited insurance coverage, but additional coverage is available upon request for higher-value orders.
