2. Products and Merchandise Condition
Bulk Liquidation Pallets sells liquidation pallets, wholesale lots, truckloads, overstock merchandise, customer returns, shelf pulls, closeout inventory, mystery pallets, unmanifested pallets, and mixed-condition goods.
Liquidation merchandise differs from products purchased from a traditional retail store. Depending on the product description, merchandise may be new, like new, open box, used, untested, incomplete, damaged, repairable, missing
accessories, missing retail packaging, or suitable for parts.
Customers must carefully review the product description, photographs, condition information, quantities, manifests, prices, shipping terms, and other disclosures before placing an order.
Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, we do not guarantee exact brands, models, colors, sizes, accessories, packaging, resale value, manufacturer
warranty, marketplace approval, or profit.
3. Customer Information, Prices, and Payments
Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You must provide accurate and complete contact, billing, shipping, payment and delivery information. We may place an order on hold or cancel it when information is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, or cannot be verified. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in United States Dollars. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and destination fees unless these charges are expressly included in the order total.
Payment must be received, verified, and approved before an order is processed, released, shipped, or scheduled for pickup. An automated email, invoice, or order confirmation does not guarantee final
acceptance. We may cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or incomplete verification.
If we cancel a paid order, an appropriate refund will be issued according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.
A cancellation request is not guaranteed after merchandise has been reserved, picked, packed, staged, loaded, transferred, or scheduled for
carrier pickup.
Processing, handling, or restocking fees may apply when work has already been completed. Orders that have already shipped cannot normally be canceled.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods may include parcel delivery, freight pallet delivery, less-than-truckload freight, full truckload delivery, custom
freight, and local pickup.
Most orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment has been verified.
Estimated carrier transit times are:
- Small parcel orders: approximately 3 to 10 business days
- Freight pallet orders: approximately 5 to 14 business days
- Truckload or custom freight orders: approximately 7 to 21 business days
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier capacity, customs, holidays, road conditions, warehouse preparation, delivery appointments, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination, shipment size, weight, number of pallets, commercial or residential delivery, liftgate requirements, access restrictions, and carrier services.
Some orders require a custom freight quote. These orders will not ship until the customer has approved the freight quote and paid any required shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery appointments, re-delivery, storage, restricted access, address changes, or undisclosed delivery requirements.
6. Delivery Inspection and Freight Damage
Customers must inspect freight shipments before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt. Visible damage, broken pallets, torn wrapping, missing packages, water damage, crushed packaging, or shortages must be clearly written on the delivery document before it is signed.
Customers should take clear photographs or videos of the pallet, packaging, labels, delivery documents, and affected merchandise. All packaging and damaged products must be kept until the claim has been resolved.
Freight damage must be reported to Bulk Liquidation Pallets within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to properly document or report
damage within this period may affect claim eligibility.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Claims
Most liquidation pallets, wholesale lots, customer-return lots, mystery pallets, unmanifested pallets, truckloads, clearance products, and
mixed-condition merchandise are considered final sale after shipment, pickup, or delivery.
Eligible return or refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
We may approve a return, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store
credit when:
- The wrong product, pallet, lot, or order was delivered.
- Tracking or freight records confirm that the order was not delivered.
- Major freight damage occurred and was properly documented.
- The merchandise was materially different from the written product
description, manifest, or invoice. - A duplicate payment or confirmed billing error occurred.
Claims must include the order number, customer name, delivery address, phone
number, description of the issue, photographs or videos, product labels,
packaging images, delivery documents, and any additional evidence reasonably
requested.
No product, pallet, lot, or truckload may be returned without prior written authorization from Bulk Liquidation Pallets.
8. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds are generally unavailable for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Disappointment with the product assortment or expected resale value
- Normal variations associated with liquidation merchandise
- Minor cosmetic scratches, dents, or signs of handling
- Damaged, opened, or missing retail packaging
- Missing accessories that were not specifically guaranteed in writing
- Mystery pallets or unmanifested pallets
- Products sold as used, untested, repairable, salvage, or parts only
- Products damaged after delivery, pickup, storage, sorting, repair, or use
- Pallets or lots that have been sorted, modified, partially resold,
redistributed, or combined with other inventory - Claims submitted after the applicable reporting deadline
- Claims submitted without sufficient supporting documentation
9. Return Costs, Fees, and Refund Timing
When an approved return results from our verified error, we will arrange or
reimburse reasonable authorized return shipping. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return
shipping or freight costs.
Original shipping, freight, handling, liftgate, residential delivery, storage, re-delivery, customs, and carrier fees are non-refundable unless
they resulted from our verified error. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee generally does not apply to confirmed non-delivery, our verified shipping error, or an approved freight-damage claim. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval or after an authorized return has been received and inspected.
Banks, credit card companies, and payment processors may require additional time to post a refund. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
10. Warranties, Resale, and Customer Responsibility
Unless specifically stated in writing, products sold by Bulk Liquidation Pallets do not include a manufacturer warranty. We do not guarantee marketplace acceptance, resale value, profitability, demand, brand authorization, manufacturer warranty eligibility, or approval to sell on any third-party platform. Resellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, taxes, marketplace rules, recalls, product-safety requirements, labeling requirements, and consumer-protection obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk Liquidation Pallets is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses,
including lost profit, lost resale revenue, business interruption, or marketplace restrictions.
Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid to Bulk Liquidation Pallets for the affected order, except where a different limitation is required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Arizona and the United States. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. We may update these Terms and Conditions when our business, services, policies, or legal obligations change. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page.
